Method of Payment

We accept credit cards, cash, or checks.

Payments are due at the beginning of each session.

CREDIT CARDS

Credit card payments are not eligible for our cash discount.

CHECKS

Checks may be made out to “New Roots Counseling”.

SELF-PAY PACKAGE DISCOUNT

Sessions can be purchased upfront at a self-pay package discount.

Insurance

We do not currently bill insurance companies for your visits. You may, however, contact your insurance company about filing your claim for reimbursement. After each paid visit, you will receive an official medical invoice which includes the information necessary to self-file a claim using your insurance or medical spending account. Consequently, you are responsible for paying for each session at the time of your visit.
